Your free trial runs for 30 days (evaluation period). The exact end date is shown in My Databases after you create your database.

Rates on our Pricing page show a starting price per user per month. For your database, open My Databases, use Manage on your instance, then review options under Current Plan. When you upgrade with Switch, the quotation summary lets you set the number of users, contract duration, and billing cycle (monthly or annual) before you confirm.

Yes. From My Databases, open Manage on your database. You can upgrade to a higher tier with Switch on a paid plan card. Downgrades are not available from the portal—contact support if you need to move to a lower tier. If you already have an active paid subscription, plan changes from the portal may be limited; contact support to adjust your plan.
